100 faces of croydon
One of 30 photographers selected to document 100 Croydon residents as part of the borough's year as London Borough of Culture. Each subject was photographed twice: a black-and-white headshot and a colour portrait in a location personal to them, creating an intimate snapshot of a community through the places that shaped it.
The portraits were unveiled at Fairfield Halls on 10 February 2024 during the London Mozart Players' 75th anniversary concert, recorded for BBC Radio 3, before touring the borough on trams, billboards and digital screens for 12 weeks.
